We maintain three to four active client relationships at a time. The problems we address require depth that dilutes when you spread it across a portfolio.

We deliver strategy that compiles into working infrastructure — governed documents your AI systems consume directly. Implementation is handled by your team or technology partners who specialize in deployment.
Our Credential Is the Work
We run our own Identity Architecture on our own practice. Our Company Constitution is signed and verified. Our agents are governed through the same infrastructure we deliver to clients. The verification registry is public.
